The high-voltage magnetically controlled soft starter is composed of an incoming line, switches, medium-voltage controlled reactor, the motor and its load. A fail-safe secondary control system is made up of controllers, three-phase full wave rectifiers and high/low-voltage dual isolators.
In the high-voltage magnetron soft starter system, by acquiring the main circuit current to adjust the low-voltage control coil and change the reactance value of high tension loop of the reactor, the motor can start at stable speed, so that it can achieve closed-loop current control.
